Miguel Mendes Pereira (partner) was interviewed by jornal Mercado and questioned about the Angolan Competition Law.
In the interview, the partner answers question on the points in which the legislation could have gone further, the main risks implementing the new legislation and which sectors is easier to create a better competition environment in a short term.
This interview comes up in association with the event hosted by “Associação Industrial de Angola” (AIA) and RLA, Angolan law firm member of VdA Legal Partners.
